NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- The Adrian College women's soccer team traveled to Saint Mary's College in Indiana for another MIAA conference match up. The Bulldogs were looking to break its losing streak which was successful with a 3-1 victory.

In the second half, Zoli added a goal to her early assist to make it 3-1 in favor of Adrian.Â
The Bulldogs totaled 22 shots on the afternoon with 15 landing on goal while Saint Mary's finished with just one shot on goal.Â
"Today was really a test of this team's character," said head coach
Ali Alamdari. "Saint Mary's is substantially better than their record shows, and we had to find a way to get the full three points on the road with a pretty creative lineup due to some unavailable key players. All three goals were absolutely top drawer, and it was a comprehensive performance from every player on the field and bench."
The Bulldogs return to action at home on Wednesday, October 12 as they host Calvin University at Docking Stadium at 7:00 PM.
