ADRIAN, Mich. - At the Merillat Sport and Fitness Center, the Adrian men's tennis team won its first match since returning home from Florida, defeating Lourdes University, 8-1.

The Bulldogs (5-5) swept all six singles bouts, including a 5-7, 7-6 (1-0) come-from-behind victory by Brandon Falk over Victor Dieltiens.

Ryan Cuddy, Sebastian Cowan, Zachary Perry, Whiteman Hopper and Sebastian Smith each won their respective individual matches in straight-sets.

In doubles action, the combos of Smith and Hopper, and Cowan and Perry picked up points for the black and gold with 8-4 wins, rounding the 'Dawgs scoring on the afternoon.

Adrian will look to carry the momentum from today's win into Saturday's conference-opener at Olivet College. Match time against the Comets is slated for 12:00 p.m., and will feature the men only.
