GREENVILLE, Pa. — The Adrian College men's lacrosse team was back on the road on Wednesday night as they traveled to Thiel College. The Bulldogs came away with a 19-4 blowout victory to wrap up the nonconference season. Chris French and Michael Jonas netted four goals each during the blowout. 

Adrian led 4-2 after the first quarter. Travis Fox and Jake Coakley opened the scoring to lead 2-0. Fox went on to net a second first quarter goal to lead 3-1 while Peyton Gasche put one in with four seconds left. 

French started the scoring in the second quarter followed by goals from Riley Edwards and Gasche to lead 7-2. Thiel answered with a goal but Cameron Reed responded as did French to lead 9-3 at half. 

French scored to open the second half followed by three in a row from Michael Jonas. French and Jonas closed out the third quarter to lead 15-3. 

Justin Norgrove, Fox, Trenton Garcia, and Derek Hassel netted fourth quarter goals to close out the victory. 

Sam Spangler played third quarters in goal to grab to win with four saves. Mason Obeldobel and Tyler Swanson split the fourth quarter combining for three saves. 

Max Leventis went 18-of-19 from the face off dot during the game with 17 grounds balls. 

The Bulldogs return to action and open MIAA play against Kalamazoo at home on Saturday, April 9 at 4:00 PM
