ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- The Adrian College women's basketball team traveled to New York on Saturday to face off with Nazareth University in a non-conference contest. Things didn't go as planned for the Bulldogs as they fell to the Golden Flyers, 67-56.

The Bulldogs led at halftime, 32-22.
Julia Tierman led the team with eight points in the first half while
Kylie Skidmore finished the half with six. Shots were falling for Adrian in the first half as they finished the first 20 minutes with a 46.9% shooting percentage while also outrebounding Nazareth 21-18 at the break.

Nazareth came back in the second half with the help of a 24-9 advantage in the third quarter. The momentum switched as Nazareth shot 56.7% in the second half while the Bulldogs shot 32.1%. Skidmore added nine more points in the second half while Tierman added six.

Skidmore led the team with 15 points on the afternoon to go with four rebounds. Tierman totaled 14 points with five rebounds.
Olivia Green led the team on the boards with eight total rebounds with the team finishing with 39.

Adrian's next contest will be on the road on Wednesday, November 15 when they travel to Defiance College for a 7:00 PM contest.
