ALMA, Mich. – The Adrian College women's basketball team traveled up to Alma College on Saturday evening. The Bulldogs came away with the victory with a strong second half, 63-51.
 
In the first half, it was even through the first quarter of play tied up 13-13. A back and forth second quarter would end in a two-point advantage for Adrian at the half leading, 29-27. Adrian would end the first half shooting 40% from the floor as well as 40% from the three-point line.
 
In the second half, the Bulldogs would continue to stay on track and take the third quarter by a four-point margin to lead by six heading into the fourth quarter. Adrian would control the entire fourth quarter and never give up their lead and would win the game, 63-51. The Bulldogs would end the night shooting 40.3% from the field and go 33.3% from beyond the arc and go 10-12 from the line.
 
To lead the Bulldogs in scoring was Ashlyn Weatherly and Kiaya Warner with 14 apiece. Weatherly would complete her double-double with 13 rebounds. Kylie Skidmore totaled five assists while Julia Tierman would add four more assists and three steals for the Bulldogs.
 
Adrian will play at home against Hiram College at 5:00 PM on Saturday, December 9 for their next contest!
