KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Adrian College women's lacrosse team was defeated on the road by Kalamazoo College on Saturday afternoon by a score of 15-3. It was the first of seven MIAA conference play contests this season.

The Bulldogs received two goals from freshman
Melaina Springer and a lone goal from sophomore
Zoe Weber. Springer also led the team in caused turnovers with five and ground balls with nine.
Megan Steffey played thirty-five minutes in goal for Adrian, making four saves while allowing thirteen goals and suffering the loss.
Hannah Reeves also saw action in net for the Bulldogs, allowing two goals over twenty-five minutes of play.

The Adrian College women's lacrosse team will be back in action on Tuesday, April 11th as they take on MIAA opponent, Alma College. Tuesday's game is scheduled for 7:00 PM at Docking Stadium.
