ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Women's Rugby team hosted Notre Dame College on Friday night, losing 51-22.

The Bulldogs received two tries each from Chris Peters and Liz Dowding, while Madison Williamson converted one of four conversions.

Head Coach, Mike Bowen, noted that the effort continues to stay strong within the team: "Amazing effort from the women. We practiced our tackling, defense, and communications all week and the players followed that up on the pitch! We're taking steps forward every day and it shows in our efforts on the field."

The Bulldogs next game will be at Docking Stadium on September 23 at 4:00 PM against Ohio State University.
