HOWELL, MICH. – The Adrian College men's soccer team lost to Cleary University on Tuesday, 3-0.
Adrian got down early as Cleary scored their first goal of the game at the 19
th minute mark of the first half. The Bulldogs only totaled two shots in the first half while giving up 14 shots. Cleary scored again at the 42
nd minute mark making the score, 2-0 at the half.
In the second half, Adrian had a little more offensive production totaling six shots. They struggled once again giving up 12 more shots in the second half. Adrian had could not find an answer offensively while Cleary found the back of the net again at the 87
th minute mark making the final score, 3-0.
Defensively, goalkeeper
Dominic Edwards had nine saves on the night.
The Bulldogs play again on Thursday, September 21 at 7:00 PM inside Docking Stadium against Defiance College.
