HOLLAND, Mich. – The Adrian College women's soccer team opened conference play against Hope College on Tuesday evening losing, 3-0.
In the first half, Adrian only took four shots while Hope took ten. Hope got out to an early 2-0 lead in the first half, scoring at the 13
th minute mark and a couple minutes later at the 15
th minute mark. The score stayed, 2-0, to end the half.
The Flying Dutchmen did not let up on their offensive aggression in the second half totaling 14 more shots to the Bulldog's four. Not even a minute into the second half Hope scored again making the final score, 3-0.
To lead Adrian,
Josie Huber totaled three shots landing two on goal and
Rylea Mougrabi had two shots landing one on goal.
Defensively,
Gabrielle Fallon Revels had eight saves on the night.
The Bulldog's look to bounce back as they stay in conference play at The University of Olivet on September 30 at 3:30 PM.
