ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Men's ACHA Division 1 hockey team put a beat-down on the Roosevelt University Lakers this weekend, racking up twenty-six goals in 11-2 and 15-2 wins at the Arrington Ice Arena. The series marked the first for the Bulldogs as part of the new GL6 Hockey Conference.

Sebastian Smith and four from
Matteo Turrin. Goaltender,
Peyton Trzaska, made 21 saves on 23 shots in the Bulldog win.
The powerful offense continued in game two as the Bulldogs continued to make a statement over the weekend, adding an extra four tallies in the Saturday win. Goals from
Conner Graham (SH), Hatcher (SH),
Cash Regan,
Blake Wideman, Turrin, and two from DiCesare,
Caleb Minns, and
Keegan DeCaluwe, including his first career college goal, and four from
Dylan Gajewski. Trzaska finished with ten saves in the contest and his fifth win of the season.
The MD1 Bulldogs will host the rival Ohio University Bobcats on Thursday, October 24 at the Arrington Ice Arena. Before the game, the team will honor the 2024 Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 1 National Championship team before the 7:30 PM puck drop.
