ADRIAN, MICH. – The Adrian College volleyball team celebrated Senior Night with an impressive 3-1 victory over Saint Mary's College on Wednesday night.
The Bulldogs came out firing, dominating the first set with a commanding 25-12 win. Sophomore Virginia Rowan led the Bulldogs with a team-high 19 kills, while senior Amber Morris was close behind with 18 kills, making it a strong offensive showing.
 Saint Mary's responded by taking the second set 25-20, Adrian quickly regained control, winning the third set 25-18. Sophomore Kendall Sullivan orchestrated the offense with 23 assists, while junior Megan Reckling contributed 19 assists to the effort.
On defense, senior Mya Minjares anchored the Bulldogs with an impressive 23 digs, supported by senior Lana Cox with 16. Morris also contributed defensively with 16 digs, helping Adrian close out the match in the fourth set, 25-19.
Next, the Bulldogs will host Kalamazoo College on Wednesday, November 6 at 7:00 PM.
