Holland, Mich. --The Adrian College women's volleyball team faced a tough matchup against Hope College on Wednesday night, falling in three competitive sets.
Junior Megan Feldmann led the Bulldogs with seven kills, while senior Amber Morris contributed six. The first set was tightly contested, with Adrian battling hard but ultimately losing 22-25. Hope secured the second set, bolstered by four kills from sophomore Virginia Rowan.
Defensively, senior Mya Minjares shone with an impressive 21 digs, while junior Rainie Atherton added 13 digs, keeping the Bulldogs in the game. Despite their strong efforts, Adrian couldn't overcome Hope in the third set.
The Bulldogs will look to bounce back as they host Trine University on October 15 at 6:30 PM.
