ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College NCAA men's hockey team announced its 2024-25 season schedule earlier this week. The Bulldogs are set for another competitive season with non-conference opponents in addition to the NCHA conference schedule. The 2023-24 National Semifinalists will look to make another run at a NCHA Championship and a NCAA Tournament postseason run.
The Bulldogs will kickoff the year with their annual exhibition game against the USA U18 NTDP at home on October 26. From there, Adrian will host Utica University in the annual national powerhouse battle the first weekend of November. Adrian will then travel to New York for a pair of non-conference contests against SUNY Cortland and Oswego State.
Adrian will begin NCHA conference play at home on November 15-16 when they host the Aurora University Spartans. The Bulldogs will travel for a two-game NCHA series at Lawrence University and MSOE while hosting Marian University before the end of the first semester.
New this season, Adrian will host a round robin tournament at the Arrington Ice Arena that will feature a non-conference contest against Aurora on December 29 before taking on Bowdoin on December 31.
To start the new year, Adrian takes on Trine University in a non-conference contest before resuming NCHA conference action against Lake Forest College and the University of Dubuque. The big series between Adrian and conference rival, St. Norbert College, will take place at the Arrington Ice Arena this season on January 31-February 1. The Bulldogs will wrap up the regular season with a road series at Concordia Wisconsin before their home-and-home series with Trine to end the year.
The NCHA Harris Cup Playoffs will begin on February 21-22 with the Quarterfinals followed by the Semifinals on March 1, and the Harris Cup Finals on March 8. The NCAA Tournament begins with the First Round on March 15 followed by the Quarterfinals on March 22, and the Frozen Four March 27-29. This season, the highest remaining seed in the West Region is slatted to host the NCAA Division III Frozen Four.
Tickets to the 2024-25 season will go on sale at a later date.
