ADRIAN, MICH.- Adrian College is excited to announce the hiring of
Adam Beam as the new Assistant Coach for the Men's Basketball team.
Beam joins us from Wittenberg University, where he helped lead the team to an impressive 18-9 record last season. At Wittenberg, he served as the Head Recruiting Coordinator and Head JV Coach, contributing significantly to the program's success.
Beam's coaching journey began at Ohio University, where he gained valuable experience as a student manager. He continued his development at Wright State University, where, as the Head Student Manager, the team won the 2018 Horizon League Tournament Championship, and was a 2019 & 2020 National Invitational Tournament qualifier during his tenure.
After graduating, Beam took on the role of Assistant Coach at Alfred University, where he compiled an impressive 44-19 record. Notably, he guided the team to victory in the 2022-2023 ECAC Tournament—the first tournament win in the program's history.
A proud alumni of Wright State, Beam graduated in May 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership. We are thrilled to welcome him to the Adrian College community and look forward to the impact he will have on our basketball program.
Adam Beam will join
Tim Kaiser's staff effective immediately.
