HUDSONVILLE, Mich. – On Thursday, August 29, the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) announced the list of 1,803 student-athletes from the conference's nine member institutions named to the 2023-24 MIAA Academic Honor Roll. This marks the ninth-straight year that the total number of honorees surpassed 1,200 student-athletes.

To be recognized, student-athletes must reach a 3.5 grade-point average for the academic year and earn a varsity letter in an MIAA-sponsored sport.

From Adrian College, 183 student-athletes that participate in a MIAA sport were named to the MIAA Honor Roll. The 183 student-athletes on the 2023-24 honor roll contains 13 additional individuals compared to the year prior.

Also announced by the MIAA were the Team GPA Award honorees. To be recognized for the Team GPA Award, the team must hold a GPA of 3.300 or higher.

This year, eight Adrian College MIAA Teams collected a Team GPA of 3.300 or higher to earn the award. The eight teams were softball (3.697), women's golf (3.680), women's soccer (3.645), women's cross country (3.635), women's basketball (3.546), women's indoor track and field (3.523), women's volleyball (3.450), and women's tennis (3.431).
