NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- The Adrian College women's rugby team traveled to Notre Dame on Friday for their second game of the season, but fell to the Irish by a 53-14 score.

The Bulldogs received tries from Madison Williamson and Josie Hause on Friday, with Williamson completing both of the conversions. The Irish put forth a strong effort, stiring away the Bulldogs for the win.

The Bulldogs move to 1-1 on the season, and will next compete on October 12 at Michigan State University.
