ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College women's NCAA hockey team routed Lake Forest College by a lopsided 10-1 score on Friday night at the Arrington Ice Arena.

The Bulldogs were led by Courtney Ben, who registered a hat-trick in the contest. Newcomer, McKenna LaFleur, added her first two goals as a Bulldog, while Paige Pomerleau, Aileena Dopheide, Emma Simon, Annika Hanson, and Callie Wollschlager rounded out the offense in a game where the Bulldogs out-shot their opponent, 50-24.

Goaltender, Annie Gilbert, continued her stellar play in between the pipes, making 23 saves on the night for her ninth win of the campaign.

Adrian and Lake Forest will return to the ice tomorrow to close out the series. Puck drop at 3:00 PM at the Arrington Ice Arena.
