ADRIAN, Mich. -- The No. 2 Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 1 hockey team got off to a great start to the 2025 spring semester, blanking the University of Rhode Island Rams at the Arrington Ice Arena on Sunday afternoon.
The Bulldogs received goals from
Ashlynn Stitt,
Keira Eagleson, and two from Co-Captain
Tess McKerrow and
Mya Reyes.
Allison Shaw added two helpers on the backend in the commanding win.
Taylor Kinkade turned aside 10 shots in the shutout win to continue her scorching hot shutout streak, now stopping every shot she has faced over her four starts this season.
The WD1 Bulldogs return to action next weekend against the No. 11 University of Michigan-Dearborn Wolverines for a home-and-home clash. Adrian will hit the road Friday night and then return home on Saturday for Senior Night at the Arrington Ice Arena. Puck drop at 7:30 PM.
