ADRIAN, MICH. – The Adrian College men's basketball team opened conference play against Alma College on Wednesday night where the Bulldogs took care of business winning 65-52.
Adrian opened the game with intensity, ignited by a three-pointer from sophomore
Braylon Dickerson. Both Dickerson and senior
Kendall Chrismon led the Bulldogs' charge, each posting team-highs of 16 points. Dickerson complemented his scoring with a strong all-around performance, tallying eight rebounds, one assist, and one steal. Chrismon was equally impactful, adding six rebounds, two assists, and a steal to his impressive stat line.
The Bulldogs entered halftime with a 7-point advantage over the Scots. Alma managed to take a brief 3-point lead during the game, but Adrian's dominance was evident, with their largest lead stretching to 17 points. Nick Seifert chipped in 10 points, six rebounds, two assists, and a steal.
Adrian sealed their first conference victory of the season with a hard-fought 65-62 win.
The Bulldogs are back in action this Saturday where they will travel to Albion, Michigan to face Albion College. Tip-off is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
