GAMBIER, Ohio – The Adrian College women's soccer team battled to a 0–0 draw on Thursday afternoon against Kenyon College in a non-conference matchup.
The Bulldogs leaned on a standout performance from goalkeeper Katelyn Stanton, who recorded seven saves to secure her first shutout of the season. Stanton turned away five shots in the second half as Kenyon applied heavy pressure, finishing with a 16–4 advantage in shots and a 7–2 edge in attempts on goal.
Adrian's defense stayed disciplined throughout the match. Alanna Earl generated a pair of offensive chances for the Bulldogs, while Zoe Greenbaum and Victoria Siegan each put shots on goal to test Kenyon's keeper.
Kenyon created sustained pressure with five corner kicks in the second half, but Adrian's back line and Stanton held firm to preserve the clean sheet.
With the result, Adrian moves to 3-5-1 overall, while Kenyon shifts to 6-1-2.
The Bulldogs return to action Sunday as they stay on the road heading out Baldwin Wallace University for a 4:30 pm kick off.
