SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – The Adrian College track and field team sent a select group of athletes to Wittenberg University for competition on Friday.

On the men's side, Gavin Shelton placed 51st in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 16:19.49. In the mile, Chase Nyack finished 45th at 4:38.45, while Ryan Morris followed closely in 50th with a mark of 4:40.81. Joshua Sharp-Pelto added a 42nd-place finish in the 800-meter run, crossing the line in 2:01.47.

The women's competitors were led by Bridget Waterstradt, who placed 28th in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 19:57.71. Lily Etelamaki finished 36th in the same event, posting a time of 20:37.06. In the 800-meter run, Olivia Dunscombe recorded a 43rd-place finish with a mark of 2:45.36.

Up Next: The Bulldogs are back in action on Friday, February 6 where they will travel to Trine University.
