NCAA Women's Hockey Enters National Tournament Ranked No. 6 by USCHO

ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College women's hockey team moved up to No. 6 in this week's USCHO.com Division III Women's Ice Hockey Poll, released Monday afternoon. The Bulldogs improved to 24-5-0 overall and recently captured the NCHA conference championship, continuing a strong postseason run.

Adrian secured the conference title after an impressive stretch in the NCHA tournament, showcasing the balanced offense and disciplined defensive play that has defined the team throughout the season. The championship adds another highlight to an already successful year as the Bulldogs now shift their focus to the national stage.

With the conference title secured, Adrian has officially earned a spot in the NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Tournament. The Bulldogs will travel to face Wilkes in the first round of the national tournament, opening postseason play on Wilkes' home ice with a chance to advance in the bracket.

The national poll continues to be led by UW–River Falls, followed by Norwich and Amherst, but Adrian's climb to No. 6 places the Bulldogs firmly among the top teams heading into the NCAA tournament.

Now turning their attention to nationals, the Bulldogs will look to carry the confidence from their conference championship into the opening round as they prepare for the matchup against Wilkes on Saturday, March 14 at 3pm on the road.
