TROY, Mich. -- The ACHA MD1 announced its All-Athletic awards on Monday afternoon, and the Adrian College ACHA Men's Division I hockey team was represented with two Bulldogs. Highlighted by forward Sebastian Smith and goaltender Peyton Trzaska on second team. 

Team captain Sebastian Smith earned Second Team All-Athletic recognition after leading the Bulldogs with 45 points. He also led the team in goals with 24, while adding 21 assists. Five of his goals came on the power play, two were shorthanded, and four were credited as game-winning goals. Smith tabbed himself GL6 First Team All-Conference honors back in February as well and has been a cruel player for this Bulldog squad.

Between the pipes, Peyton Trzaska earned his spot on Second Team All-Athletic as well. Trzaska posted a 24-4-1 record with a 1.96 goals-against average and a .930 save percentage. He has made 626 saves on the season and recorded six shutouts. He also tabbed himself GL6 First Team All-Conference honors back in February this season.
