Final Stats

ADRIAN, Mich. - The Adrian College women's soccer team defeated the Defiance Yellow Jackets 1-0 on Tuesday night at Performance Stadium. The Bulldogs post an overall record of 10-4-2.

Sarah Evans scored the only goal of the game to give the Bulldogs their 10th win of the season. Lindsay Chitwood and Sarah Muylle were each credited with an assist on the goal.

Although the game was only decided by one goal it was clear that Adrian was the more aggressive team. The Bulldogs registered 17 shots compared to two from Defiance.

Amanda House was the goalkeeper for Adrian. House only had to record one save to shut out the Yellow Jackets. Colleen Cross had seven saves as the goalkeeper for Defiance.

The Bulldogs will end their regular season with a conference match-up against Alma. The game will be played in Alma, Mich. at 12:00 p.m.
