ADRIAN, Mich. -
The ACHA men's hockey team defeated John Carroll by the final score of 11-1 on Friday night at the Arrington Ice Arena.
Jared Semple led the Bulldogs offensively with three goals and an assist against the Streaks.
Semple scored the first goal of the game to give the Bulldogs an early 1-0 lead. Tony Aukskalnis scored off an assist from Zach Fowler to increase the Bulldog lead to 2-0. The Streaks scored their lone goal of the game at the end of the first period.
Semple scored two of the four goals in the second period for Adrian. Tim Carlson scored the first goal of the period, and Andrew Adams scored his second goal of the season at the end of the period.
The Bulldogs cruised through the third period with five goals. Mark Eberline scored two goals in the final period. Matt Prince, Dominic Scala, and Alex Norman each scored a goal to give the Bulldogs the 11-1 victory.
Anthony Wolak was the goaltender for the Bulldogs. Wolak had 18 saves through 60 minutes of action.
The Bulldogs will be on the road tomorrow night as they travel to face Kent State.
