Results

ADRIAN, Mich. - The women's tennis team matched this year's men's tennis team by also setting a school record for wins in a season with a 9-0 victory over Trine on Tuesday. The ladies improved to 7-9 overall and 3-4 in the MIAA.

Katelyn Simcina had a 6-1, 6-1 win at one singles over Melanie Sobeske. Adrienne Haase moved into the two singles slot and won 6-1, 6-1 over Samantha Willmann. Sarah Kean won 6-2, 6-1 at four singles for the Bulldogs. Shannon Woods had a 6-0, 6-0 win at five singles over Samantha Kalakay.

Trine had to forfeit at six singles and three doubles to give Adrian two easy points. Robyn Denney and Sarah Brooks won 8-1 at one doubles and Shelby Kruszewski and Haase won 8-0 at two doubles.
