ALMA, Mich. – The Adrian College men's tennis team dropped to 0-3 in the MIAA as they fell 8-1 to Alma College. The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-9 on the season.

The lone Bulldogs win came from Cameron Hamilton in the third singles match as he won 7-6 (3-0), 6-0. Chris Ludwig took his number one singles match to three sets but fell just short 6-2, 4-6, 6-4. Alex Ziajor also took his sixth singles match to three sets as he fell 6-4, 6-7 (2-0) 10-7. Nick Petrucci dropped his fifth singles match 6-4, 6-1 while Anthony Honeywell fell 6-0, 6-1 in the fourth singles. David Blaker also dropped the number two singles 6-0, 6-0.

In the doubles matches, Ludwig and Honeywell had the closest match as they fell 8-6 in the second pairings. Patrucci and Ziajor fell 8-5 in third doubles while Hamilton and Blaker dropped the number one doubles match 8-4.

Adrian will next host MIAA opponent Trine University on April 13 at 4:00 pm.
