ALBION, Mich. – The Adrian College men's tennis team dropped their MIAA match with Albion College 8-1. The loss drops the Bulldogs to 1-11 on the season and 0-5 in the conference.

Alex Ziajor got the lone Adrian win in the number five singles with a 6-3, 6-3 victory. Cameron Hamilton dropped a close match in the second singles as he fell in a second set tiebreaker 6-4, 7-6 (8-6). Nick Petrucci hung tough in his fourth singles match falling 6-3, 6-2. Anthony Honeywell fell in the number three singles 6-2, 6-3. David Blaker dropped the number one singles match 6-0, 6-1 while Ron Hilliard fell in the sixth singles 6-1, 6-1.

In doubles competition, Adrian dropped all three matches by the same score of 8-3. Blaker and Hamilton fell in the number one match, Honeywell and Petrucci dropped the second match while Hilliard and Ziajor fell in the number three doubles match.

Adrian will travel to Defiance College on April 18 for a 4:00 pm match.
