ADRIAN, Mich. -- The men's tennis team got outdoors on Saturday for their conference opener against Albion College and the Bulldogs fell 8-1 to the Britons. Adrian picked up its point at No. 3 doubles as Spencer Georgetti and Ryan Delacy won a decisive 8-1 decision. The duo improved to 10-1 together this season. Alex Amos and Cameron Hamilton also had a tight matchup at No. 2 doubles, but fell 8-5.

The team got behind 2-1 after doubles and were never able to rebound. Amos rallied after dropping the first set to win the second, 7-5, at No. 5 singles but fell just short 12-10 in the third set tiebreaker.

The team's next match will be at Alma on Wednesday, Apr. 3.
