KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Hornets scored their first goal with one second left on the clock in the first half and their second shortly after the start of the second half to down the Bulldogs 2-0 in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) action on Saturday afternoon. Adrian goalkeeper Lexi Lewandowski had another good performance, saving nine of Kalamazoo's 11 shots on goal.

The Hornets outshot the Bulldogs 22-4, 11-2 in shots-on-goal. Adrian's Kat Sutherland and Sofia Farah provided the two shots on goal for the Bulldogs in the match.

The Bulldogs will stay on the road, traveling to Angola, Ind., to face MIAA foe Trine on Tuesday, October 27. The match is scheduled to start at 4:00 p.m.
