ANGOLA, Ind. – The women's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision at Trine University on Tuesday in MIAA action. The Bulldogs fell behind 3-0 after doubles to the Thunder. The first two matches went 8-4 while the third match was 8-6 featuring the tandem of Kylee Bezeau/Justine Hanson against Madison Hatkevich/Kinnsey Pass for the Thunder.

Adrian did pick up two singles wins coming at three and four. Morgan Spencer easily took care of Marissa German at the three-spot by the scores of 6-1, 6-1. Bezeau needed to go the distance but gutted out a three-set win by scores of 6-7, 6-4, 11-9. Hanson also had a very competitive match at five singles as she tangled with Hatkevich. Hanson dropped the first set 6-1 and then turned the tables 6-2 in the second set. Hatkevich claimed the super tiebreak 10-4 for the win.
