Adrian, Mich. – The Adrian College men's tennis team earned their first victory, dominating St. Francis 9-0.

The Bulldogs jumped out to a 3-0 lead, sweeping the doubles matches. The closest doubles match of the day came in the #2 doubles match between Adrian duo of sophomores Jeff Sophiea and Jon Rhind versus St. Francis duo Evan Hart and Daniel Harrold going into a tie-breaker to decide the winner. Sophiea and Rhind would win the tiebreaker 7-5 giving them the victory and complete the sweep of the doubles matches.

Adrian would complete the day's matches by also winning all six singles matches to complete the 9-0 shutout of St. Francis.

The Bulldogs will look to continue the momentum when they travel to St. Louis, Mo. to compete in the ITA Central  Regional.
