"Even match, Perkins was the difference," said head coach Ali Alamdari. " Barnes was excellent in goal. We missed a couple late chances on corners. All in all, well played.

HOW IT HAPPENED
First Half: Hope 1, Adrian 0
• Elizabeth Perkins put the Flying Dutch on the board in the 26th minute to give Hope a 1-0 lead. She was assisted by Erin Brophy.
• Both defenses played well in the first half. Hope only attempted three shots with two on goal and Adrian attempted one shot, one on goal.
Second Half: Hope 2, Adrian 0
• Perkins scored again for Hope to increase the lead 2-0 with just over five minutes off the clock in the second half.
• Hope increased its shot attempts in the second half to 7, six on goal.
TOP DOGS
• Caroline Fleming and Sofia Farah each tallied one shot on goal.
• Goalkeeper Haley Barnes (L, 4-5) saved six of the eight shots she faced on the day.
THE OPPOSITION
• Perkins scored both of Hope's goals.
• Brophy registered the only assist of the game.
• Perkins had a game-high seven shot attempts and six on goal.
