BATTLE CREEK, Mich.--The Adrian College men's tennis team flexed its muscles in its opening match of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association season Sunday with a 9-0 win at Olivet College in the Minges Creek Athletic Club. The Bulldogs' MIAA match against Alma College earlier in the day was postponed due to wet courts in Adrian.
The Comets are in their first season of competition since 1995.
Adrian has won three matches in a row to improve to 8-5 on the season while Olivet is 1-6 overall and 0-2 in the conference.
