Box Score ADRIAN, Mich.--Senior defender Cody Schmitt tied his career high in points and freshman Griffin Davison registered a hat trick in his Adrian Bulldogs debut, but it wasn't enough as visiting Wilmington College scored three goals late in the fourth quarter to take a 13-10 non-conference men's lacrosse victory on Saturday.

= Reid Delaney led all scorers with seven points on three goals and a game-best four assists.
= Chris Hein had three goals and six points as well as five ground balls.
= Jhordan Lang also chipped in a hat trick and recorded four ground balls.
= Goalie Paul Koerbel turned aside 12 shots.
HOW IT HAPPENED
= With the score tied 10-10 late in the fourth quarter, Wilmington scored three times within a span of 3 minutes and 10 seconds to pull out the win. Delaney scored the go-ahead goal at 3:58 left after an Adrian turnover at midfield, and Hein and Lang added insurance tallies.
= The Bulldogs were down 10-8 after three quarters before Davison and Scherer scored back-to-back goals less than a minute apart to pull even with 13:21 to go in the fourth.
= Neither side held more than a two-goal advantage until Wilmington's 3-0 run to end the game.
= Schmitt put the Bulldogs ahead 1-0 on the man-up on a feed from Turner at 12:19 before Hein tied it 13 seconds later.
= The Bulldogs' biggest lead, 8-6, came in the third quarter when Davison and freshman Jacob Kucharski completed a 4-0 run with nine minutes to play.
= Both teams scored three times on the man-up. Wilmington had eight opportunities and Adrian had six.
= Adrian was 20 of 24 on clears while Wilmington was 18-for-25.
