HARTFORD, Conn. -- The No. 3 ranked Adrian College NCAA men's hockey team completed its weekend trip to Connecticut on Sunday afternoon in a 1-0 shutout over No. 10 Trinity College. The lone goal came in the first period, and
Cameron Gray recorded the shutout in goal for the Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs netted the only goal of the game in the first period.

Matus Spodniak who found the back of the net to score eventually turning into the game winner.
Senior goaltender
Cameron Gray had himself a day facing 35 shots and recording 35 goals. Ten of his saves were recorded in the first period followed by seven in the second period. With the game on the line the whole way, Gray continued his strong performance and made 17 saves in the third period alone including five in the final three minutes of the game.
Adrian also finished the game with 35 shots and went on to win 40 of the 68 face offs. Luciani won 14 face offs to the lead the team followed by 11 from
Sam Ruffin.
Adrian will return home for a two-game NCHA conference series as they host the Milwaukee School of Engineering. The series will begin on Friday, December 3 at 7:00 PM followed by a 3:00 PM game on Saturday at the Arrington Ice Arena.
