HUDSONVILLE, Mich. -- The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) announced its Athletes of the Week on Monday afternoon. Adrian College earned one MIAA Athlete of the Week honor with Megan Steffey of Women's Lacrosse earning Specialist of the Week. 
 
Steffey backstopped the Bulldogs in goal to their first win of the season last week, making nine saves (4 GA) in 56 minutes played during the team's 12-6 win over Madonna on the road.
 
The award marks the first weekly honor for the women's lacrosse team this season.
