FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) announced its Athletes of the Week on Monday, with Ethan Burrows of the football team and Aiden Smith of the men's wrestling team earning the honors for Adrian College.

Burrows was a force on the defensive side of the ball, anchoring a dominant Bulldogs effort in a 34-7 victory over Kalamazoo College. The standout defender intercepted two passes and tallying six total tackles, helping Adrian control the game and secure a convincing conference win.

Aiden Smith competed in the annual Adrian Invite last weekend, going undefeated to capture first place with a 4-0 record. Smith secured two of his victories by pinfall and another by technical fall. The reigning MIAA MVP continued to build on his strong form, carrying last season's momentum into the 2025-2026 campaign.
