MARION, Ind. -  The Adrian College track and filed squad took a trip to Indiana Wesleyan to compete in the IWU Polar Bear Classic on Friday and Saturday

On the women's side, Vivian Vallarsa delivered a solid performance, finishing 13th in the 400m dash with a time of 1:07.36. She also competed in the 100m dash, placing 18th with a time of 13.77 seconds. Close behind, Elizabeth Buckley crossed the finish line in 13.95 seconds, securing a 20th-place finish.

On the men's side, Deshone Lee competed in the shot put, landing a mark of 10.46m (34-3.75) to place 35th. In the 400m dash, Alec Grzegorek put up a strong showing, finishing 12th with a time of 52.36 seconds. Meanwhile, Asher Cousino clocked in at 11.35 seconds in the 100m dash, securing an 18th-place finish.

Adrian is back in action on Saturday, March 29 where they will head to Cedarville, Ohio to compete in the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Invitational. The meet is set to begin and 10:00 AM.
