ADRIAN, Mich. – The Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) announced its Three Stars of the Week for men's and women's NCAA hockey, with Adrian College well represented. Maddy Loe earned recognition for the Bulldogs' women's team, while Patrick Saini was honored on the men's side.

Loe posted four points on the weekend, recording two goals and two assists. She found the back of the net in Friday night's loss to Concordia Wisconsin before leading the Bulldogs' Saturday bounce-back victory with the game-tying goal and two assists. The win marked Concordia's first NCHA loss of the season and vaulted Adrian back into first place in the conference standings.

Saini powered the Bulldogs to back-to-back home wins over Concordia Wisconsin. He registered a hat trick in Friday's contest and followed it up with a two-goal performance on Saturday, including the game-winning goal. His five goals on the weekend moved him into the NCHA scoring lead with 17 goals on the season.

Both teams return to action this weekend with a home-and-home series against Trine University. The men will host Friday night's matchup at 7 p.m., followed by the women hosting on Saturday at 12 p.m.
