LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced the NCAA Division III All-American Teams Wednesday afternoon. Representing the Adrian College softball team, junior Taylor Gerhardt earned Third Team All-American honors as an at large outfielder.
Gerhardt started all 40 games for the Bulldogs this season and led the team offensively. She recorded 70 hits in 144 at-bats for a .486 batting average while scoring 58 runs. Gerhardt totaled nine doubles, six triples, and four home runs while driving in 27 runs and posting a .715 slugging percentage. She also led Adrian with 36 stolen bases in 38 attempts.
Defensively, Gerhardt totaled 103 chances in the outfield, finishing with 94 putouts and six assists. She committed just three errors for a .971 fielding percentage.
Gerhardt is now a two-time All-MIAA selection, earning First Team honors in both 2025 and 2026 and earlier this month earned NFCA First Team All-Region recognition which was the first of her career. With the All-Region honor, it moved her on to be selected to an All-American which this will mark her first time earning this award in her career.
