MADISON, Wis. -- The Adrian College women's golf team traveled to Wisconsin for a two-day tournament hosted by UW-Whitewater at TPC Wisconsin. The Bulldogs placed ninth in the 17-team tournament totaling a two-day score of 667 after shooting 326 on Sunday before a 341 on Monday.

Rachel Fay led the team as she tied for tenth in the field. Fay shot a 157 after a 77 on Sunday and an 80 on Monday. Ainslee Hewitt tied for 27th after totaling a 164 for the the Bulldogs with rounds of 80 and 84. Rylie Yuhas shot 85 and 87 for a 172 followed by Kennedy Kehres with an 84 and 90 for a 174. Sami Burks rounded out the starting five for Adrian with a 90 and a 94 for 184.

The Bulldogs are back in action on Tuesday, October 6 when they compete in MIAA Jamboree #3 hosted by Trine University at Zollner Golf Course at 1:00 PM. Adrian currently sits in second-place in the MIAA standings trailing Albion College by one stroke.
