BURTON, Mich. -- The Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 2 hockey team suffered a loss to Sault College in the CCWHA Conference Playoff Championship Game on Sunday afternoon.
The #3 seed Bulldogs defeated #6 seed Miami Ohio and #2 seed Central Michigan on their way to the championship game, before falling to the #1 seed Cougars by a 4-0 score.

Emily Tracht, was stellar all weekend for the Bulldogs, good enough to earn herself the Goaltender of the Tournament award. Fellow Bulldog,
Ava Seychel, earned the Tournament MVP award after factoring in on every Bulldog goal over the weekend, providing a goal and five assists.
The Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 2 hockey team currently ranks No. 3 in the ACHA Central Region national rankings and now awaits their placing for the ACHA WD2 National Championship Tournament next month in St. Louis, Missouri.
