ADRIAN, Mich. – The Week 2 national polls for NCAA Division III men's hockey were released Monday afternoon, with the Adrian College Bulldogs climbing to No. 2 in both the USCHO.com and DIIIHockeyNews polls. In the DIIIHockeyNews rankings, Adrian also received one first-place vote.
The Bulldogs moved up one spot from last week after sweeping Marian University in NCHA conference play. Adrian earned a 5-1 win on Friday night before capping the weekend with an 8-1 victory on Saturday afternoon.
Within the NCHA, Aurora University sits at No. 3 in both polls, while St. Norbert College ranks No. 4. Trine University is also nationally recognized, coming in at No. 11 in the USCHO.com poll and No. 12 in the DIIIHockeyNews rankings.
Adrian returns to action next weekend with a pivotal road series at No. 3 Aurora University on November 14–15. The series begins Friday at 8:00 p.m. ET, followed by game two on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. ET.
