ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College men's wrestling team hosted their first home dual of the 2025–26 season, ultimately falling 25–13 in a hard-fought matchup.
At 125 pounds, Adrian Rosas opened the day with an impressive performance, securing a dominant 17-3 major decision to put the Bulldogs on the board. In the 133-pound bout, Jager Corliss battled throughout but came up just short in a close decision. The tight matches continued at 141, where Cole Riedel also narrowly fell by decision.
At 149 pounds, Landyn Crance put together a strong effort but was edged out in another decision. The Bulldogs forfeited the 157-pound match. Momentum swung back Adrian's way at 165, as Connor Williams earned a gritty 2-0 decision to give the Bulldogs another win.
Jumping up in weight, Aiden Smith stepped into the 174-pound class and delivered a big 4-2 decision victory, showcasing resilience and versatility. In the 184-pound division, Benjamin Grenesko faced a tough opponent and fell by major decision, while Shan Swank battled in the 197-pound bout but ultimately came up short.
Adrian closed the night on a high note at heavyweight, where Tanner Craft powered his way to a strong 10-3 decision win.
