ADRIAN, Mich. – The week four National Poll for NCAA Division III men's hockey was released Monday afternoon, and the Adrian College men's hockey team remains ranked No. 4 by both USCHO and DIIIHockeyNews. The Bulldogs hold a 6-2-0 overall record and are 4-2-0 in NCHA play.
Adrian is coming off an impressive home sweep of Lawrence University, earning wins of 8–1 and 7–3. Ian Amsbaugh was selected to the NCHA Stars of the Week after a six-point weekend. Bradley Somers also recorded six points, scoring once and adding five assists, while Jacob Suede tallied five points on three goals and two assists.
Hobart tops the national poll with all 20 first-place votes. NCHA rival Aurora University sits at No. 2, followed by St. Norbert at No. 3. Trine drops to No. 11 in the DIIIHockeyNews rankings and No. 12 in the USCHO.com poll.
The Bulldogs will have a weekend off before returning to home ice against the Milwaukee School of Engineering on December 5–6.
