ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College football team continues to receive national recognition, earning votes in both the Week 9 D3football.com and American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) polls. The Bulldogs received 12 voting points in the D3football.com Poll and 17 in the AFCA rankings.
Adrian holds a 7-1 overall record and a 4-1 mark in MIAA play after a dominant 34-7 road victory over Kalamazoo College. Ethan Burrows led the Bulldog defense with two interceptions, earning MIAA Defensive Player of the Week honors for his performance.
Within the MIAA, Hope College ranks No. 16 in both national polls, while Alma College also continues to receive votes.
The Bulldogs will return home for their final home game of the season on Saturday, November 8, hosting Trine University at 1 p.m. for Senior Day at Docking Stadium.
