FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. - The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) announced its Athletes of the Week on Monday afternoon, with Adrian College's Aiden Smith earning the honor following a dominant showing this past weekend.

Smith and the Bulldogs competed at the prestigious Messiah-Petrofes Invitational, where the senior controlled the 157-pound weight class with a perfect 5-0 performance. Along the way, he defeated two returning national qualifiers, powering his way to the tournament title and cementing himself among the early-season standouts in Division III wrestling. Smith was also named the tournamnet's Most Outstanding Wrestler. 

Smith now owns an impressive 14-1 record on the year and will look to continue his momentum as the Bulldogs travel to Heidelberg University for the Berg Holiday Duals on Saturday, December 13.
