ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 2 hockey team dominated CCWHA opponent, the University of Illinois Fighting Illini on Sunday at the Arrington Ice Arena, earning a 3-0 shutout victory.

Earlier this season, the Bulldogs and Illini met in Champaign for a solo contest which saw the Bulldogs come out with a 4-3 win. On Sunday, Aubrey Morrison scored her eighth and ninth goals of the season and Lily Storer potted her eleventh as the Bulldogs held off the Fighting Illini for the sweep while putting forward 50 shots on the Illinois goal. Jordan Hunt was stellar once again for Adrian, making all 19 saves for her eighth victory of the season, and sixth shutout in a row.

With the win, the Bulldogs move to 5-3 in CCWHA conference play, with two games remaining in the regular season. The Bulldogs will travel to Miami-Ohio next weekend for a two-game CCWHA road battle on February 15-16.
