ADRIAN, Mich. -- With every Adrian College Homecoming, the Bulldogs induct a new class of Hall of Fame members. During the week we will highlight the Class of 2025 and the accomplishments each of them made during their time at Adrian College.
On September 19, 2025, Adrian College will proudly recognize Brian Bilius, Class of 2011, for his exceptional contributions to the Bulldogs baseball program and his ongoing impact in education and athletics.
A key player on four Adrian College Athletic Hall of Fame baseball teams, Bilius was a driving force behind the Bulldogs' dominance from 2008 to 2011. During his tenure, the team secured multiple NCAA Mideast Regional Tournament appearances and captured three consecutive MIAA conference championships (2009–2011), helping elevate Adrian's baseball program to national prominence.
Individually, Bilius achieved remarkable success. In 2011, he was named MIAA Most Valuable Player, claimed the MIAA batting title, and earned First-Team All-MIAA honors. His outstanding season was further highlighted by Third-Team All-American recognition, a Mideast Region Gold Glove, and a spot on the Mideast All-Region Team. In 2010, he was named Second-Team All-MIAA, and in 2008, he earned MVP honors at the Mideast Regional Tournament as Adrian captured the championship and finished fourth in the NCAA Division III World Series.
Bilius remains one of the most accomplished players in Adrian College baseball history, ranking:
- 5th in career batting average (.371)
- 8th in games played (164)
- 7th in at-bats (553)
- 6th in runs scored (145)
- 3rd in hits (205)
- 10th in total bases (268)
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has continued his passion for education and athletics as a fitness teacher at the Classical Charter Schools in the Bronx. He is married to fellow Adrian College alumna Hillary O'Dell '08. Outside of the classroom, Brian enjoys coaching baseball, playing golf, and taking walks through the neighborhood with Hillary.
In addition to the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Friday night, the Hall of Fame Class of 2025 will be honored on the field before the Homecoming football game on Saturday.
